Most successful projects start with the end in mind and while many proponents and owners have a vision of their project in operation, not many envisage the path of construction to get there.
SLFE is able to set the basis for a safe and successful project outcome by offering Project Management Service (PMS) which can bring an understanding of the challenges of construction, the sequencing of erection and “buildability” to the earliest stages of engineering. We maintain a cadre of experienced Construction specialists and are able to provide PMS standalone or as an extension to an engineering mandate.

SLFE PMS will support our client's overall project execution, contract management and coordinating roles in an Integrated Project Management Team.
